Within Canada and the USA we ship the physical product with Canada Post Xpresspost. This is quick (typically 2-5 days in Canada and 4-7 days in the USA) and traceable.

In the UK we use first class parcel post.

For the rest of the world, there are a couple of options

1. regular airmail - cheap, slow and untrackable
2. Xpress post - expensive, fairly slow and trackable

We would strongly recommend that you consider our new downloadable versions of the materials. OK, you don't have the physical CDs, however, you can have everything today, and save yourself a tidy sum in the process too!
